Established in 2001 and later incorporated in 2005, Teleservice Limited is a company that specializes in the supply and servicing of telecommunication equipment. The respective qualification and experience of the management is such that a substantial amount of intellectual capital is employed in the management of the affairs of Teleservice Ltd. The management and staff have been actively involved in all aspects of telecommunications in Malawi and abroad for more than 20 years collectively.

Company Structure
To serve clients effectively, the face of Teleservice Ltd is divided into two, Customer Care and Engineering departments.
Headed by a capable female City and Guilds Telecommunications expert with seven years with the company, the Customer Care department is the communications equipment procurement and supply arm of the company. Apart from taking care of the suply chain, the Customer Care department is the front desk of the company which looks into queries and follows up on installed equipment to ensure client satisfaction and training in the use of the equipment.
The core of the business is the Engineering department. This specializes in the installation and servicing of the equipment and devices installed at clients premises It promptly attends to queries as logged in by the customer care department.
Working in the background is the Administrative team headed by a female qualified accountant (ACCA). This team offers the company specialist and sound advice on the running of the business based on best practices.
